Do I need to clean my gear before repair?

Yes, please clean gear prior to submitting it for repair. Dirty gear is harder on our equipment. Excessively dirty or smelly gear will be rejected or cleaned for an additional fee.

Does MT Gear Repair warranty their work?

Montana Gear Repair takes the utmost pride in the work that we do. Garments or equipment may incur minor damage while being repaired, we will do everything possible to repair the damage using the best industry practices, however, no warranty is implied or expressed. 

Will I receive an estimate prior to services?

Yes, we will provide you with a written quote prior to performing work. If we find additional issues we will notify you before repairs are completed.

How long do repairs take?

Generally, our turnaround time is 1-2 weeks. We will provide you with a more accurate timeframe when we accept your gear for repair.
